On this day, the town of Villanueva has dedicated a street name to Murcia bullfighter Rafael Rubio "Rafaelillo".
The event was attended by regional authorities, local authorities and many neighbors and friends of the bullfighter.
In a simple intervention by the mayor of Villanueva José Luis López Ayala, this has thanked the torero his good work for the most needy, helping the bullfighter on several occasions to perform charitable acts for various associations of the municipality of Valle de Ricote so selflessly.
The street that the city has dedicated the bullfighter, is located in Barrio San Roque in the town.
Subsequently the attendees had the opportunity to enjoy a capea Rafaelillo starring in the bullring of his friend Antonio Soler, located in Villanueva del Río Segura.
