On Tuesday, April 8, we proceeded to the signing of an agreement between the city of Villanueva and the Association of Surveyors, Technical Architects and Building Engineers in the Region of Murcia.

This agreement establishes partnerships between the two organizations on energy certification of housing.

Basically it is to provide advice, free of charge, neighbors interested in obtaining the energy certification of your home, which is required from June 2013 to sell, rent or obtain public assistance for housing rehabilitation.

Neighbors interested can send their queries directly to the City Council which will be attended by the municipal technical office.
