Last November 24 was published in the tender BORM 11 residential premises in La Morra, for granting administrative use of them for 50 years and thus may provide some local interest in commercial use area holding the weekly Sunday market with the intention of promoting local commerce.
The intention is to give the environment a number of commercial services with daily opening.

Commercial is 48 m2 built area with loft to spend on coffee, bakery, offices, bar, etc.
The local dealer will each assume the cost of the work and pay an annual fee to the municipality for land use.
The deadline for submission of bids ends on 20 December.
